yeah 250 is a mint bike but you might be better on something with less travel if your not riding much downhill, orange five is still a pretty capeable rig but would be alot better for pedaling or a lapierre zesty, like a high end all mountain bike if you still want the edge on the rough stuff with a compromise for pedal efficiency, i ride xc on my freeride bike and its not too bad if the suspensions set firm, just go for best compromise dude Smile

depends what your doing, the tr450 is abit of a different bike, the faith is just a freeride bike, you can do downhill on it but its just meant for riding what ever you throw at it, tr450 is heavier but its a full on downhill bike, you could get a tr250 if you wanted the best of both worlds

where you wrap the inner tube round the chainstay so you can just wrap the start of it so you dont need a cable tie for the wrong, just wind it round and overlap abit each time n then just cable tie the very end

the idea behind a downhill bike is not that it looks amazing (although that is fairly important and all the intense bikes do anyway) its just so it will blits any track you throw at it and on the more wide open rocky tracks like mont saint anne or fort william i recon this thing would be unstoppable with the right rider
